Creative Caulkers · Sydney

We finish what builders start.

Caulking, epoxy floors, Venetian plaster and microcement. Hand-applied finishes for Sydney homes and building projects, led by David Shrestha. On the tools since 2019.

What we do

The joint you never notice. The floor that still shines years later. The wall that holds the evening light. The shower with no grout left to fail. That last layer is all we do, and we do it by hand.

Services

Four finishes. One crew.

Most studios do one of these. We do all four, so one team can finish a whole project, from the joints to the floors and the walls, to one standard.

    Our process

    Five steps. No shortcuts.

The same method for a bead of silicone or a whole floor. It is slow where it matters.

Grind, patch, prime and mask. Most of a great finish is preparation nobody sees.

    The artist

It started with a single joint. Then I saw the whole room.

I’m David. I started on Sydney sites in 2019, learning the care a clean joint takes. Render, resin and decorative plaster opened up a bigger canvas. Today I bring that same attention to your walls, floors and finishing details—with a curiosity that also takes me into 3D renders, websites and apps.

    FAQ

    Asked often.

Do you really do all four crafts?

Yes. Caulking is where we started. Epoxy, Venetian plaster and microcement grew from the same skill: preparing a surface properly and finishing it by hand. One team can finish the joints, floors and walls on the same project.

Which finish is right for my room?

Showers and wet floors suit microcement or epoxy. Feature walls and living spaces suit Venetian plaster. Garages, roofs and balconies suit epoxy. Anywhere two materials meet needs a proper sealant joint. We give an honest recommendation on site.

Can microcement go over my existing tiles?

Often, yes, when the tiles are sound and well bonded. We check them first. Showers get a compliant waterproof membrane under the system.

    How much does it cost?

It depends on the area, the condition of the surface, access and the finish you choose. We give a free, fixed quote after we see the job.

    Are you insured?

Yes. Creative Caulkers Australia Pty Ltd is fully insured, with public liability cover on every job.

    What areas do you cover?

All of Greater Sydney, including the Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, North Shore, Inner West, Hills District and Western Sydney.
